Quieter blowing with Silvent technology

High blowing force is commonly thought to conform with generating high sound, the reason for this recurrent understanding is that ineffective open pipes are often utilised within industrial, as well as food & beverage applications, these open pipes often come at a cost of inefficient use of expensive compressed air, whilst causing high sound, this presents a few issues from both a safety, as well as cost perspective. Safety air guns by Silvent provide efficient use of compressed air, allowing for quieter and cost-effective performance.

Silvent nozzles for effective & quiet blowing

High sound levels, when utilising compressed air, are created via turbulence which occurs as the compressed air expands from the nozzle tip, this is turn causes the air to move and therefore generate sound, high sound levels can be a safety concern, to rectify this, Silvent has designed unique nozzles for their range of air nozzles and guns to lessen the turbulence caused thereby lessening the sound generated.

Less noise whilst maintaining performance

Less turbulence caused effectively means less noise. Turbulence is a cause for concern as the turbulent compressed air can make up the bulk of the air blowing from the nozzle or gun which is not being directed to the target application. This represents a cost reduction opportunity, by making use of Silvent nozzles which are aerodynamically designed to not only increase blowing force but also to decrease turbulence by making use of the surrounding air, and therefore seeing a reduction in total air consumption while decreasing the overall noise of the working environment and increasing safety.
